On the CM Luxmed website, we have embedded a chatbot widget that answers several basic areas of patient inquiries related to research, opening hours and covid19 tests.


Placing the chatbot on the website has the intended effect of relieving the Patient Service hotline. The chatbot was designed so that patients could search for information using buttons as well as typed questions. In the event of a problem that the bot cannot deal with, there is an option to switch to a real consultant.
