How to increase sales and relieve the Patient Service of a medical center?


On the CM Luxmed website, we have embedded a chatbot widget that responds to several basic areas of patient requests related to services, opening hours and covid19 tests.


Placing a chatbot on the website has the intended effect of relieving the Patient Service hotline. The chatbot was designed in such a way that patients could search for information both using buttons and typed questions. In case of a problem that the bot cannot deal with, there is an option to switch to a real consultant.
