How to successfully generate leads from customers interested in test driving a new car model?
Solution
On Renault’s fanpage we created a chatbot and a game to engage users and to encourage them to test new Renault car model.
Result
Customers could find out about new car’s features and schedule a test drive with a nearby dealer. To enhance user’s experience and add some entertainment aspect we implemented a game in the bot.
