Solution
We created a shopping assistant chatbot that helped customer to choose the right Christmas gift from Douglas store. The chatbot was deployed on Douglas Messenger.
Result
Customer received gift recommendations that were tailored to their needs. With the chatbot several thousand conversations took place simultaneously. The chatbot turned out to be a big help during this hectic time.
