Solution
We deployed a chatbot on Plus Facebook Messenger which allows users to learn about the offer, leave contact information and find solution to the most common issues.
Result
Plus clients received dedicated offers and they could individually choose the information they were interested in such as: phone model, Internet access and other services. Via interaction with the bot users could receive an offer that was tailored to their needs.
