How to facilitate the use of services provided by online patient portal?
Solution
We developed NLP-powered chatbot deployed on pacjent.gov.pl website which in a convenient way guides users through the portal.
Result
Based on identified intents the chatbot helps with the first login and operating user’s account. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we also implemented queries regarding vaccinations, quarantine and test results.
