How to easily find a fine place to dine in the neighborhood?
Solution
We created a LunchBot, a chatbot in Facebook Messenger, which based on a few questions recommended a restaurant.
Result
Everyday LunchBot automatically collected and processed information from restaurants’ fanpages in Poland about the lunch available on a given day. When users shared their location and specified what they would like to have for lunch, they received a list with nearby restaurants and lunch menu for a given day.
Researcher’s daily work reduced by few hours – 120 hours per month
